| Summer Kids Clay Class is Back Beginner Class: Ages 6-9 (children age 5 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult helper at all times). No experience necessary. Children will learn basic techniques in clay. Rolling coils, clay press, cutting and attaching, with free time at the end of each class if time permits. Some projects we will make in this class: Knee/elbow/hand pot, clay puzzle bowl with cut outs, clay stamps, wind chimes, coil beads, coil animals, picture frame, clay pocket and stepping stones. Intermediate Class: Ages 10-13 This is a great class for kids who have a little experience working with clay because the projects are a lot more time consuming. Already having a general knowledge of clay is a plus but not required (how to roll clay, make a pinch pot, scoring and attaching clay). This class only has space for 4 students at a time, so sign up now because it fills up fast. Projects made in this class: Sunflower sculpture, Fish sculpture,Cone Shaped Animal Bells, Chair. Both classes meet from 10:30 am- 12:00pm Monday - Thursday. Four sessions offered. Dates : June 22-25 July 13-16 July 20-23 Cost :$200 per session.(Includes all supplies) Class fills in order of registration and deposit received.
